Doug arrived himself with in two hours of my call. He arrived with what he thought he needed for parts. He was correct and had the new part installed with in fifteen minutes I had hot water. It was the thermal couple. He was professional and reasonably priced. I believe this company to have a lot of integrity.”

“I called them about my bathtub because rusty water was coming up. He said all that it was just clogged, and he roto rootered it. It was a difficult space to get into. He replaced my downstairs toilet as well. John was who did the work, and he was excellent. He came out the same day that I called. The lady I spoke with on the phone was excellent as well.
