The Dreyer Difference
Growing up outside of Boston, Doug Dreyer never envisioned himself as a plumber growing a business from the ground up. Doug moved to Western Massachusetts after attending college in Washington DC and started Dreyer Plumbing after hearing the following quote from Albert Einstein: “If I could do it again, I’d be a plumber”.
The rest is history as the business has grown into a leader of the industry. Dreyer transitioned from strictly new residential construction, to having the capability and know-how to handle anything from small repair to light commercial construction and every aspect of pluming in between. Now, his son DJ Dreyer is taking over the reigns. DJ grew up in the trade working for Dreyer Plumbing before attending Wentworth Institute of Technology. Dj spent several years working outside the business before coming back full circle and returning to the family business.
